What You Agree To When Submitting A Review

By submitting a Customer Review to Caribbean Speaks, you agree to the following terms. These terms are in addition to and governed by our full Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Your Review Must Be

  • A truthful, first-hand account of your experience with the business
  • Written by you — not on behalf of anyone else
  • Free of personally identifiable information (like your phone number or address)
  • Written without receiving any payment, discount, gift, or incentive

What We May Do With Your Submission

  • Public Display: Your review may be published on Caribbean Speaks for up to 3 years (1,095 days)
  • Moderation: We may edit your review to remove profanity, private info, or unsafe content
  • Non-Posting Conditions: We may decline to post your review if:
    • You have a personal or business relationship with the company
    • You received any incentive to write the review
    • You have submitted a formal complaint against the same business

Verification & Contact

  • Caribbean Speaks may use your contact information to verify the authenticity of your review
  • Your review and contact details may be shared with the business you’re reviewing
  • We do not accept anonymous reviews

  • Submitting a review does not guarantee publication
  • Reviews do not affect any business’s rating
